Please carefully review the policies below before creating an account and joining the Hair Contribution Scheme.

Registration & Acceptance

Creating an account, paying the registration fee, or making any contribution automatically means you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules, policies, and regulations.
Ignorance of the rules shall not be accepted as an excuse.

Registration Fee

A ₦500 membership registration fee is required to join the Hair Contribution Scheme.
The registration fee is non-refundable once payment has been successfully made and membership processing has commenced.

Contribution Payments

All payments must be made only to the official account provided by Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan.
You are responsible for confirming the account details before making a payment.
Contributions must follow your selected Hair Plan. You may pay in advance or cover multiple days at once.

Payment Verification

Every payment must be supported by a valid receipt.
Receipts should be posted in the official contribution group unless you are instructed otherwise.
A payment is successful only after official verification and confirmation.

Member Responsibility

You are personally responsible for ensuring your contributions are made on time.
Individual payment reminders may not always be provided.

90-Day Contribution Period

Starts 8th August 202690 payment days

All 90 contribution days must be completed by 6th November 2026.

Failure to complete payment within the 90-day period may result in loss of entitlement to receive the selected hair.

Important notice

Refund, Withdrawal & Forfeiture

All contribution payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the contribution scheme has commenced.
Members who voluntarily withdraw after commencement are not entitled to any refund.
Members who fail to complete payment may forfeit amounts already contributed.
Failure to complete contributions may result in losing eligibility to receive the selected hair.

Delivery Information

You must provide an accurate full name, phone number, and delivery address.
Delivery fees may be borne by the member unless otherwise announced.
Hair deliveries are expected to commence approximately 17 days after the contribution closing date.

Conduct & Community Rules

Members must treat everyone respectfully, avoid insults, harassment, threats, abusive language, spam, and unnecessary arguments, and use official groups only for Hair Contribution Scheme matters.

Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action or removal from the scheme.

Fraud Prevention

Fake payment alerts, altered receipts, and false payment claims are strictly prohibited.
Fraud may lead to immediate removal without refund and further action where necessary.

Policy Updates

Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan may update policies when necessary to improve administration and operation of the scheme.
Members will be informed before major changes take effect.

PREAMBLE

This Hair Contribution Scheme was established to help individuals purchase quality luxury hair through affordable daily contributions over a period of 90 days.

To ensure transparency, fairness, accountability, discipline, and mutual trust, every participant is required to carefully read, understand, and comply with these Rules, Regulations, Terms, and Conditions.

By paying the membership registration fee, joining the Hair Contribution Group, or making your first contribution payment, you automatically agree to every rule contained in this handbook.

Failure to comply with any rule may result in suspension, removal from the contribution scheme, forfeiture of payments where applicable under these Terms and Conditions, or any other action considered necessary by the Group Administrator.

The primary objective of these rules is to protect both the Group Administrator and every member while ensuring the smooth operation of the Hair Contribution Scheme.

SECTION ONE

MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

Rule 1 – Eligibility

Membership is open to anyone who is willing and financially capable of completing the selected Hair Contribution Plan.

Rule 2 – Understanding the Rules

Every intending member must carefully read, understand, and accept all the Rules and Regulations before joining.

Failure to read these rules shall not exempt any member from complying with them.

Rule 3 – Registration Fee

Every intending member shall pay a One-Time Membership Registration Fee of ₦500.

The registration fee is:

Mandatory
Non-refundable
Non-transferable

The registration fee covers:

Membership registration
Administrative expenses
Member verification
Record keeping
Proper management of the Hair Contribution Scheme

Payment of the registration fee confirms acceptance into the contribution group.

Rule 4 – Contacting the Administrator

Before joining the contribution group, every intending member must personally contact the CEO/Group Administrator of Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan.

No one shall be added into the group without first communicating directly with the Group Administrator.

Rule 5 – Admission into the Group

Only the Group Administrator has the authority to approve and add members into the Hair Contribution Group.

Friends, family members, or existing participants are not permitted to add anyone without approval.

Rule 6 – Referral of New Members

Members are free to refer interested individuals.

However, every referred person must still personally contact the Group Administrator and complete the registration process before joining.

Rule 7 – Equality

Friendship, family relationship, or familiarity with the Group Administrator shall not give any member special treatment.

Every member shall be treated equally under these Rules and Regulations.

Rule 8 – Saving the Official Contact

Every member must save the official phone number of the Group Administrator.

This helps ensure proper communication throughout the contribution period.

Rule 9 – Personal Information

Before registration is completed, every member shall provide:

Full Name
Phone Number
WhatsApp Number
Residential Address
Delivery Address (when requested)

Rule 10 – Record Keeping

Members are advised to keep copies of all conversations, payment receipts, confirmations, and other important information relating to the Hair Contribution Scheme.

SECTION TWO

CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION

Rule 11 – Contribution Period

The Hair Contribution shall officially commence on:

8th August 2026

and shall end after 90 payment days on:

6th November 2026.

Members may pay ahead or cover multiple contribution days at once.

Rule 12 – Daily Contribution

This is strictly a Daily Contribution Scheme.

Every participant must contribute daily according to the Hair Plan selected.

Rule 13 – Available Hair Plans

Different Hair Contribution Plans shall be available for different hair products, including but not limited to:

Bone Straight Hair
Pixie Curls
Bouncy Hair
Other available luxury hair collections offered by Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan.

Rule 14 – Daily Contribution Amount

Every Hair Plan has its own daily contribution amount.

Members must contribute according to the approved daily amount attached to their selected Hair Plan.

Payments below the approved daily amount shall not be accepted.

Members may pay the exact daily amount or pay ahead if they wish.

Rule 15 – Multiple Contribution Plans

Members may participate in more than one Hair Contribution Plan, provided they are capable of completing all selected plans before the closing date.

Rule 16 – Request for Unlisted Hair

Where a member desires a hair product that is not listed among the available contribution plans, the member may request a customised plan from the Group Administrator.

The Administrator shall calculate the total cost and determine the appropriate daily contribution amount before approval.

Rule 17 – Hair Pricing

All Hair Contribution prices shall be calculated in advance.

The contribution amount includes the cost of the selected hair and any applicable wigging, styling, and processing charges where stated.

Rule 18 – Hair Confirmation

Before making the first contribution payment, every member must confirm:

Hair Type
Hair Length
Hair Colour
Hair Texture
Hair Specifications

Once confirmed, the selected hair shall be regarded as the member’s official choice, subject to the hair change policy.

Rule 19 – Hair Change Policy

Members who wish to change their selected hair may only do so within the period approved by the Group Administrator from (1st week to 5th week)

Where the replacement hair has a higher value, the member shall pay the price difference.

Rule 20 – Fixed Prices

All contribution prices remain fixed throughout the contribution period unless officially announced by the Group Administrator before a member joins a new plan.
