Policy | Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan

Membership & Registration

Membership is open to anyone who is willing and financially capable of completing the selected Hair Contribution Plan. Every intending member must carefully read, understand, and accept all the Rules and Regulations before joining. Failure to read these rules shall not exempt any member from complying with them.

Every intending member shall pay a one-time Membership Registration Fee of ₦500. The fee is mandatory, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Before joining, every intending member must personally contact the CEO/Group Administrator. Only the Group Administrator may approve and add members.
Every member must provide a full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, residential address, and delivery address when requested.
Members are advised to keep copies of conversations, payment receipts, confirmations, and other important information.

Hair Plan Policy

This is strictly a Daily Contribution Scheme. Every participant must contribute daily according to the Hair Plan selected.

The contribution runs for 90 payment days, beginning on 8th September 2026 and ending on 6th December 2026.
Available plans include Bone Straight Hair, Pixie Curls, Bouncy Hair, and other luxury hair collections offered by Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan.
Every Hair Plan has an approved daily contribution amount. Payments below that amount are not accepted, but members may pay ahead.
Members may join more than one plan if they can complete all selected plans before the closing date.
Before the first contribution, every member must confirm the hair type, length, colour, texture, and specifications.
A selected hair may be changed only during the period approved by the Group Administrator, from the first week to the fifth week. A higher-value replacement requires payment of the difference.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made only to the official account provided by Mira De Luxe Hair Artisan. Each member is responsible for confirming the account details before paying.

Every payment must be supported by a valid receipt and posted in the official contribution group unless otherwise instructed.
A payment is successful only after official verification and confirmation.
Contributions must follow the selected Hair Plan. Members may pay ahead or cover multiple days at once.

Registration Policy

Payment of the ₦500 registration fee confirms acceptance into the contribution group. The fee covers membership registration, administrative expenses, member verification, record keeping, and proper management of the Hair Contribution Scheme.

The phone number on the account should belong to the customer or be available for direct customer use.
Incorrect registration details may delay payment confirmation, receipt support, or collection arrangements.
Mira De Luxe may request identity or contact confirmation when needed to protect customer records.

Refund, Withdrawal & Forfeiture Policy

Important notice: All contribution payments are strictly non-refundable once the contribution scheme has commenced.

Members who voluntarily withdraw after commencement are not entitled to any refund.
Members who fail to complete payment may forfeit amounts already contributed.
Failure to complete contributions may result in losing eligibility to receive the selected hair.

Delivery Information

Members must provide accurate delivery information, including their full name, phone number, and delivery address.

Delivery fees may be borne by the member unless otherwise announced.
Hair deliveries are expected to commence approximately 17 days after the contribution closing date.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays.

Members are expected to treat everyone respectfully and use official groups only for matters relating to the Hair Contribution Scheme.

Insults, harassment, threats, abusive language, spam, and unnecessary arguments are prohibited.
Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action or removal from the scheme.

Fraudulent activity may lead to immediate removal from the scheme without refund.
Further action may be taken where necessary to protect members and the business.
